Yellow Road Pizza
Who doesn’t love a pizza with “grate” cheese?

Ingredients
- Dough:
- 1kg Strong Flour
- 20g Salt
- 10 g Dried Yeast
- 20g Sugar (optional)
- 600ml Luke Warm Water
- 30ml Olive Oil
- Topping:
- Tomato sauce
- Your favourite pizza toppings (optional)
- Yellow Road Shredded Mozzarella and Red Cheddar Blend or Shredded Quattro Formagio Blend
Directions
- Mix altogether all the dough ingredients except for the olive oil in a food mixer fitted with a dough hook.
- Once dough is combined add the olive oil and continue to mix until the dough is medium soft and elastic.
- Divide dough as desired, shape into balls, cover with plastic wrap or a damp cloth and then bench rest for 30 to 40 mins until the dough has doubled in size.
- Flatten the dough, place on a baking tray, and top with tomato and a liberal amount of cheese.
- Bake in a stone oven or in a conventional oven at 250 °C to 300 °C, note that baking time may vary depending on your oven.
