Cheesy Baguette Pizza

A crispy baguette topped with tomato sauce, shredded mozzarella and cheddar blend, and your favorite toppings. Easy!

Yield: 8 pcs (cut each baguette into four slices)

Ingredients

• 1 French Baguette              
• 100 g Pizza Sauce         
• Yellow Road Shredded Mozzarella and Red Cheddar Blend or Shredded Quattro Formagio Blend
  

Directions

1. Pre-heat oven to 210’C
2. Cut baguette lengthwise into two pieces & spread pizza sauce over both pieces.
3. Top with good amount of shredded mozzarella and cheddar blend.
4. Bake for 10-12 minutes till cheese melts and baguette is crispy.
