Cheesy Chicken Puffs
These are a tasty appetiser and great for parties
Yield: 10 pieces

Ingredients
- Ready to Use Puff Pastry Sheets
- 300 g Yellow Road Bakestable Cheese Filling
- 200 g cooked Chicken Breast (shredded)
- Chopped Jalapenos to taste
- 50 g Cooked diced potato
- 50g Cooked diced carrots
- 30g Chopped Spring Onions
- Paprika, salt & pepper to taste
- 1 Egg (beaten)
Directions
- Cut the puff pastry sheets into squares approx 15 cm in diameter and place on a greased baking tray.
- Combine the filling ingredients in a bowl and mix.
- Spoon filling onto the centre of the pastry squares, being careful not to overfill.
- Brush the edges of the pastry with egg.
- Fold over the pastry to form a triangle and press the edges to seal.
- Brush the pastry triangles with egg.
- Bake at 180 °C for 20 – 25 mins until golden.
