Garlic & Cream Cheese Rolls
Use ready baked bread rolls to create this delicious appetiser.
Yield: 8 Rolls

Ingredients
- 8 Bread Rolls
- Fillings:
- 300 g Yellow Road BakeStable Cream Cheese Filling
- 100 g Icing Sugar
- Toppings:
- 120 g Melted Butter
- 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 50g Parsley / Coriander (finely chopped)
- 1 Egg
- A pinch of Salt
Directions
- Whip the cream cheese then slowly add icing sugar until incorporated, add more icing sugar depending on the sweetness needed.
- For the toppings, whisk all the topping ingredients & set aside. Hint – make sure the butter is fully melted and warm when combining the other ingredients.
- Slice into the bread rolls three times in a star shape ⚹ being careful not to cut all the way through the bread.
- Pipe cream cheese in between the segments you have created.
- Dip or brush the garlic & butter solution over the top of the bread rolls
- Bake for 190’C for 6-8 minutes.
